Dr. Najm graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry in 2005 and was appointed as a teaching assistant after graduation. During this period, he applied to many courses, including the New York University course for dental implants in 2006, and thank God he passed it successfully.
Then he applied for a master's degree in conservative therapy, Cairo University, and obtained a master's degree in 2013

In 2015, he was chosen by the United Nations International Peace Center for Human Rights as the first Egyptian and Arab dentist to receive the title of Goodwill Ambassador.
And in 2016, he passed the Implantology and Cosmetic Dentistry course at the University of California
